Over the past few years I have done a lot of training and speaking on different topics.
As you will hear in these recordings, most of my teaching comes out of my personal journey, and I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve a bit.. which is not always the most tidy way of teaching.
Each of these recordings represent my journey at a particular point in my life, and in most cases my thinking will have developed even further since that point.
The recordings are usually not done professionally so the sound quality isnt great and I often look to bounce of the group I am working with so you might hear number of different voices.
So with all those provisos, I hope you will find these recordings useful in some way.
